VOICE OF VICTORY Mission is not registered but we intends to register, by now is operating under another organisation, Non denomination, and Non profit making organisation (PENTECOSTAL EVANGELISTIC FELLOWSHIP OF AFRICA (PEFA) REG.NO 6424.

INTRODOCTION
The founders were moved by alarming growth rate of orphans due to death of mothers at the time of giving birth due to HIV-AIDS and the medical reasons therefore children are left without the care.
Some children are also born difermed physically or even mentally.

Actually children are left without parental care hence they became hooligans and also they are affected healthwise due to malnutrition.

LOCATION:
The Mission for the Poor and Disabled is situated in Moshi Municipal Centre .This place is in Northern Tanzania - Kilimanjaro, situated at the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.

MANAGEMENT
The Mission is under the Board of Directors and the project is headed by the Chairman and Managing Director, also there are other office bearers of whom include the Secretary and the Treasurer.

MISSION STATEMENT: �The removal and prevention of all forms of suffering and discomfort among the poor and disabled children�.

PROJECT MANDATE
Currently the Mission is Working hard to seek the guardians who will help them to get basic education and if possible taking care of their affairs,running children�s home with orphans, but the orphanage has the capacity of orphans. This is only due to the financial constraint. After setting up an income generating activities which will cover the running cost of the centre, we shall expand the current home to accommodate more orphans.

OBJECTIVES:
i) To provide health and medical facilities, educational and spiritual assistance to needy and under privileged children.
ii) To serve as a society for the removal and prevention of all forms of suffering and discomfort among the poor and disabled children.
iii) To educate the entire Tanzanian Community especially parents are better ways to bring up our children.

ACTIVITIES AND FUTURE PLAN:
Currently the Mission is :-
(i) Running children�s home with 5 orphans.
(ii) We are supporting 6 orphans for their primary education.
(iii) Helping 3 old poor parents who have been left by their dead children/relatives due to HIV/AIDS.

FUTURE PLANS: To educate the entire Tanzanian Community especially parents on
better ways to bring up our children.

(iv) To work with all sectors of the Community Christians and in a Non denominational manner, to achieve the objectives of the mission.

THE PRESENT PROJECT. In order to come to a self sufficient the management committee have decided to start projects which will generate an income. Currently the centre is running under the contributions from its members which is not enough, also we have an arable land which we are getting different crops for the centre like carrots, cabbages, tomatoes, bananas and other vegetables.

PROPOSED PROJECTS:

(i) Direct beneficiaries
(a) Majority are HIV positive orphans
(b) Normal orphans (Non HIV positive)
(c) Elders without relatives to give care normally wiped out by HIV.

Those will benefit in the following manner:

1) A home
(i) The centre is their immediate and in most cares the permanent home, incase of those who will live and eventually die at the centre.
(ii) For orphans who will live to grow. This is their home from which they will start new life.

2) FACILITATION OF PROVISION OF DRUGS & MEDICAL/HEALTH CARE:
The centre provides a point at which drugs can easily be administered to those requiring them without loss of much time in distribution. The Centre also facilitates medical and health care.

3) EDUCATION
Able orphans are provided with National Primary Education as normal children from Std. One to Seven.

It is anticipated that Secondary Education will be provided where funds allow and efforts will be made to liaison with the Government to ensure their education whenever necessary.

4) CREATIVE HOBBIES AND GAMES
These are provided to allow children to physically and mentally grow as normal children and also to increase their interest and love of the new environment.

BENEFITS TO COMMUNITY:

(i) Sensitize the community on the need to love and care of the orphans of the kind at the center.
(ii) The Centre is exposure to the community on the effects of orphanage brought about by the careless or preventive action by the members of the society.

It is a good learning Centre.

(iii) The community will be provided with employment.
(iv) Un-timely deaths of people are avoided.
