No what I am saying is that our regs (taxes) have made the 90% of reservation customers into criminals...and yes even those more inclined to steal for a habit will do so even if it is the lowly cigarette, btw we here in NY are paying closer to $7 per pack. Increase the price and or regulation associated with the substance you will have more crime, IMO of course ;)

We have methadone clinics...they now have been pushed further into the suburban community BECAUSE that is where the users are.

But you see THATS where the problem is IMO, its far more productive to teach addiction prevention than to regulate a habit of current users.

I would say our perspectives are very different...any farmer here could plant a crop *and* not be detected, however its even more common to see warehouse farms now...no export/shipping involved. The internet has no doubt added to availability of seed and I even heard an "urban legend" of someone going overseas each year to hand pick his seeds. Its just not that difficult to produce a crop anylonger.
