All that will happen to her is that she will be sentenced to a mental institute and then deported back to live freely in Japan. It is so touching though, that she couldn't bring herself to throw the 16 month old's body in the dumpster along with the newborn, don't you think. We have so many resources here that she could have used. Including an emergency 24 hr babysitting service that will watch your kids for a few days while you go off to cool your jets or whatever.
