I think my favourite was Robert Plant (with Joan Jett opening.) I was on the floor in the first row. I could have reached out to touch him. Joan Jett sang "I wanna be your dog" to the 14 year old boys standing beside me. I thought they were going to faint. Too bad Plant's voice had lost a lot of its range by then--the Immigrant song was a bit disappointing, but still amazing to me to have been able to see him sing Led Zeppelin songs.

Arlo Guthrie at the Jack Singer Concert hall in 1989 was excellent.

David Bowie--to support Sound and Vision was pretty good.

Saw Metallica in a small hockey arena in 1986, which was a really good time. Of course that was when their lyrics consisted of "bang your head against the stage like you've never done before, make it ring, make it bleed, make it really sore". So many people would argue that that couldn't possibly be a good concert;-)

Saw The Wailers in 1992 (sans Bob Marley of course). I forgot to mention Bob Marley and the Wailers in the greatest band ever thread. I think they deserve to be there too).

Been back stage at Judas Priest, Skid Row and Bon Jovi, Testament, Ronnie James Dio, Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force. Have also met Sass Jordan, Jeff Healey, Honeymoon Suite, Barney Bentall. Not that exciting:-)
