I think plastic surgery is completely ridiculous, unless it's reconstructive surgery or the like.

If someone is SO unhappy with the way they look (crooked nose, tummy flab, small breasts) that they would actually go through surgery, I think there is a lot more wrong than just their physical body.

I just can't see going through surgery, putting my life at risk, because of something that I consider so trivial.
