But you're arguing against a straw man here, Alan. I never said that black culture was something I hoped would disappear, I said that it would be a kinder world if skin colour were irrelevant (and to be irrelevant the differences must be eliminated). Black culture doesn't exist because of skin colour, but because of other historical facts.
