But you see thats the thing...in my racially mixed burb we are pretty much the same...I can't walk through my town and find an exclusively Cuban influence or an exclusive Irish neighborhood anylonger. It just doesn't exist...perhaps BECAUSE of the COL?

Yeah I know I remember back when I was in college having a Cuban spanish instructor and a Puerto Rican TA...it was quite ovious that THEY had a problem with each other...perhaps they couldn't see the commonality of just being human?
