This view truly highlights why profiling is wrong. You're saying that it is okay to think "Arab male = Possibly Muslim Extremist" but NOT "White male = Possibly Anti-government (or IRA, or KKK) extremist". Do you have one shred of information suggesting that a greater percentage of Arabs are terrorists than other nationalities?

I'm not even going to bother to answer the "defensiveness" accusation. The internment of Japanese-Americans was wrong. Period. You may think the "degrees of wrongness" are significantly different, but really, wrong is wrong.
