Because of this, (being 'real'), I have had some VERY 'interesting' friends (back where I come from). My friends have been missionaries, teachers, philosophers, musicians, writers, artists, chemists (and other scientific minds), & even 'mental patients'. I love them all! They're all so quirky and fun!

Your observations are a help to my on-going research. I usually try to learn as much as I can about things people hardly ever talk about. Things that some people would probably think of as 'taboo', just because they are facts that are somewhat 'disturbing' to others (war, 'mental illness', conspiracy, brainwashing, etc.).

But, as it says in the Book of Ecclesiastes(one of my most favourite books in the Bible):"With much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge the more grief." I have come to understand and realize the meaning of this truth, more and more so, with each and every passage of my lifetime.

Don't 'dumb yourself' down just to please others, but don't be arrogant, either. Both extremes can cause excruciating dilemma and heartbreak.

God has shown me (in His mysterious ways) that no matter who a person is, they are innately worth more than anything else in all of creation, no matter who they are, and that I have to learn to see others through His eyes and not merely through my own selfish eyes. To see everyone as precious and equal in His sight because He created each one of us as unique, though in His image (having free-will, creativity, and other uniquely human aspects) and for that fact alone, deserve dignity and respect and the Love of Christ (which is unconditional). Whenever I am sad to see Christians acting in ways contrary to what they believe I often think: "They just don't get it, do they?" And it makes me very sad. But then I also think: "But how could they understand? How could they, when God, (though personal), and His Love (completely free and unconditional), is so beyond anything than any human being could ever imagine?" It staggers the mind and inspires awe within the very core of my being!

>Well, all this has strayed a bit off the subject of
>Christian Radio, but I think it is infinitely more
>interesting!

Yes. Infinitely!
