the computer certainly can be addicting. i'm normally in bed by 8pm. (early riser) but it's almost 3am. hahaha! but this is the only place i can go when i feel outnumbered by jack-in-the-box and jill-in-the-box. but giving up t.v. when your spouse is still addicted is really hard. it's like the difference between your friend who lives next door smokes and you are quitting... and your spouse who kisses you smokes and you are quitting. there's a whole lot of other issues. all i can say is be gentle in your persuasion
unless you want him to get defensive and then it gets very competitive. let your guiding him away from it be a loving move... never a resentful one. i fought that battle and lost. now it's them (husband and kids) vs me.
