Congratulations! It's a start, anyway.

Good veggies to grill are: red and yellow peppers (they get really sweet when you grill them. Cut them lengthwise into 1 inch strips) scallions, corn on the cob; you can do kabobs with the peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, various squash, red onion chunks (if you use the bamboo skewers soak them in water before loading them up and putting them on the grill - it keeps them from burning.) Thinly sliced carrots or baby carrots work real well too. you can grill the tops of the big mushrooms (shittake, I think?) and use them instead of a burger patty.
