I'm not sure I want to read 'Left Behind'. I already have waaay too many books. Besides, it doesn't really appeal to me. It's been publicised and talked about way too much . . . when that happens, I tend to avoid it. I never liked anything that is deemed 'popular' . . . even in the Christian world.

My parents didn't choose Christian TV for me, they chose it for themselves because they thought that meant that there'd always be something 'good' on TV. They've seen most of that stuff that is like 'Left Behind', they think it's pretty 'cool' I guess (cool special effects, etc.). I don't care for it much. But mostly, they think it's cool the first time around but then, the second time around gets 'corny'. They prefer so-called 'secular' movies. (Though what officially makes something a 'Christian' movie, or 'Christian' book, or 'Christian' toothpaste, I just don't know.)
