"silent running" used to be one of my favorite movies. anyone out there like it too? i have often wondered if every living thing will eventually become obsolete.

i love the idea of the organic banana farmer saving bananas!

i don't care if it is logical. prayer isn't logical, but i'm positive it works. natural mutation isn't always logical, but it happens. there are a lot of things that we can't figure out. perhaps organic growers know something we don't.

but then again... if it wasn't originally here, maybe god is trying to tell us something? maybe we were never intended to eat that kind of a sweet thing and it is what makes our world fatter and sicker. like that genetically engineered corn that no longer has nutrients and is in a billion products americans use daily.
