It had been a few weeks since she'd left her apartment in the middle of the night, with nothing but a few articles of clothing for herself, one of his shirts she had snuck out of his room before leaving and a box of kleenex. She had shown up at Gems place with puffy red eyes, her wild inky curls tangled around her face and her feet in a pair of blue fluffy slippers. Gem had finally convinced her to get out of the apartment for a while, she needed more clothes, desperately. so here she was, trailing behind her over excited sister, Gem was far more thrilled by the baby clothes than she was.

- it was fairly obvious that she had no desire to be here by the fact that Gem was literally dragging her into the store, Winnie had her heels dug in and was putting up a good fight about it. Gem was shoving this and that at her, exclaiming over the cuteness of everything quite often while she stood there with a look of disgust on her face, this just wasn't any fun with her sister, as much as she loved her. She was scared, he was angry with her she was sure, and she hated having him mad at her, his was an anger she had trouble bearing. It had been bound to happen sooner or later. Gem was starting to feel like an impostor, but she wouldn't leave her sister if she wanted her to stay, so she busied herself checking the price tags of items in the basket. - she really was no good at this sort of thing,she didn't know how to articulate her feelings very well and hated when the need to do so arose.
