Subject: "unbridling problems"

I have a two year old filly I am working with. She is doing really well I go very slow & patiently with her.I gotten her to accept the bridle, I know it fits her correctly and has only a light snaffle bit. She willingly takes the bridle & bit before we start working, but then refuses to let me take it off by striking & rearing and running backwards. I am totally baffled. She is not head shy, and allows her ears to be rubbed and her halter taken off & on most times very well. I also know her halter fits her correctly too. Can anyone help me here??
