Subject: Horse afraid of cows

I have a 3 year old Quarter Horse whao was broke this spring and real gentle.She is easy.The only problem I am having is everytime we are on the road and she sees cows,she
freaks out.Even the bulls that come up to our fence from the neighbor.I am afraid she will throw me so I dismount.She starts snorting and is clearly spooked.In tha pasture she runs back and forth and seems to not know what they are.Predator or what? I was told to introduce her to them but she is too afraid(and so am I HELP!!!!!
