over the covers and not below,
beneath the ceiling fan possessed by our love we glow,
our bums touch,
our arms touch,
our legs are tangled and the bed is too small,
it's not what you think,
i'm just too tall.

the sweetest vision in the morning i see,
when i wake up and i see you lying next to me,
i could stay this way forever,
caught up in dream land,
and waking up and seeing us hand in hand,

with you life is like a dream,
walking around with my head in the clouds,
tuning every thing out until it's a soft loud,
i'll be there tonight,
i'll be there tomorrow,
i'll be there after every fight,
when you're tired and grouchy,
and i'm tired and slow,
we'll go back to bed and in the night,
we'll glow.
