its funny how we all want so desperately to be happy, but when the opportunity to be happy smacks us, or shall i say me, in the face, we hurl it back in the oppostie direction...humans have a natural tendnecy to shy away from all the things that would make them truly happy...isn't happiness supposed to be a state of mind anyway...i constantly kid myself into thinking that i am honestly trying to be happy, but as my boyfriend often likes to remind me, i am actually looking for things that will make me miserable...i guess some of it has to do with growing up with my mom, but that us just a cop out...i can see the bad in every situation...it is one of my more attuned talents...why is it so easy to hate your enemies, but loving your friends is sometimes so difficult...life is hard enough without making it harder so why do I constantly do it…with nothing better to do before my two Tylenol pm kick in, I think I am going to contemplate just that…
