Okay for the last week..............the dream thing is dringing me nuts! And I'm not sure how to explain it.

Let me preface by saying I understand the basic premise of lucid dreaming.....however if any of y'all can shed more light on the subject I'd be greatly appreciative.

Here goes....

For the last four nights or so.......dreams have been prevelant while sleeping and I'm aware that I'm dreaming/sleeping. I'm also aware of my body position everytime I turn....the pillows around me ...I'm not awake so to speak...and somewhat frustrated in the middle of my dreams that I'm not more asleep than I am. Am I not hitting rem sleep? I wake up in the morning not tired but feeling and almost refreshed and at the same time feeling like I needed to have slept more sound....

I know I need to start journaling the dreams....I'm having four and five dreams in a night that I am aware of.

I'm not even sure what I'm asking you all.....

Any and all comments would be most welcome!
