Actually, I think Al is just a big kid at heart. Age or no, I don't think he'd have a problem stirring up a little mischief with a snowball fight. I don't think he's too old, either. He seems pretty spry...especially considering he was supposed to be around sixty when the project *started*.

I love Sam-Comes-Home stories. I thought it sucked that he never came home and ignore that last stupid flashcard. Bah.

As for your other stories, I'd love to read them. I have found that, with a couple of exceptions, fanfic tends to be better than profic. The authors generally love the characters and have seen the episodes. A lot of profic auhors do it for the buck.

Judy, I read your story about the Vietnam Memorial and I thought it was very good. Hope you write more.
