Glucosamine is found naturally in cartilages ("soft bone') e.g. chicken and shark cartilages.

Go into Watson, I am sure you will find a whole lot of different over-the-counter "Glucosamine" supplements (just like Vitamin supplements), but don't ask me which is best. Anyone will do I suppose, if there really is Glucosamine inside.
