 Why did you not capitalize it? Was that a shot or did you leave it lower case because you were referring to the libertarian ideals WITHIN the G.O.P.

More than likely the second but now I can see how that can get confusing. WHEN to capitalize these terms...and then how to mix them in to work for your agenda.
