This is really sad that it has come to this but I think John B you are wrong! and full of it. How can you convince me that the vets are alarmist and he is fine and if he dies before he is 2 you will replace him.WHAT! I recieved a dog that did not get a vet exam if you did get him a simple vet exam we would not have this issue or I wouldn't as you don't really care as you already have my money. I like the pup he is way better than the first one but I am 2 for 2 on puppies from your kennel both had bad health issues. I called you about 40 minutes after I got the pup as I felt the murmmer while holding him and I had a vet listen and it was confirmed. I have had him checked a few times after that day also, we found that there is added tissue below the aortic valve, he does have a 5 or 6 grade murmmer. You do remember dropping him off at my work , a animal hospital, right! I called many times no answer, I did speak with your wife and you the next day
I have printed off my cell phone records and I have a detailed list
you called me 2/13 at 3:52pm when you dropped him off
I called when I had him examined by a dvm and discovered the defect
4:41 pm
4:43 pm
4:44 pm
4:45pm
I called and talked with your wife
4:48 pm
she called me back
4:59 pm
I talked with your wife
8:12 pm
I called you
8:21 pm

I spoke with you
8:29 am 2/14
In case you forgot

I wanted a working quality puppy, I waited almost a year for the replacement pup. I can send all the proof you would like but that really isn't going to do anything as you don't believe he has anything wrong, I am not willing to train a dog untill he falls over dead, that is crazy. I know I have alot of the blame as I should of spoke with more people in the BB world, also when you buy a dog from Blackwell you do not get a written contract, he will tell you what is covered and it does say something on the website but in my experience does not hold much merit, and clearly not a man of your word. I have learned alot on this board and talking with others and John Blackwells own emails. I think sometimes breeders need to remember when they got there first BB or any new dog for that matter, we wait for the pups to be born, pictures to be sent out and the day you goto the airport feels like an eternity then you get your pup this whole time trusting the breeder as they have been very helpfull this whole time UNTILL something goes wrong then this happens. I am not new to the dog world I have titled dogs in sch and worked for 2 large gsd breeding and training facilities,I went to Germany to train, I have worked with many local police dept. and I'm a certified sch decoy aslo a k9 pro sports jugde. I have worked a few BB and really wanted to train and title one. It has been a while that I bought a dog but I never thought it would lead to this. Out $1500 but live and learn that money must be really really important to you. I never said anything about my first pup and was very patient as I understand things happen, but this is purely on you as this could of been avoided if you had him checked out, and I will hope this will not happen to someone else. I do have young boys and I know what needs to happen to this pup, but it will be sad when I have to explain it to them. I did want to give him away but really that is not the best thing to do as I have seen many dogs with his condition it is not "if" rather "when" he will die. Thanks Mr. Blackwell
