I'm not attacking anyone here. I was just curious as to the methods of thinking on her training. When exactly did the agression start and how far was it taken?

I also didn't say correction was to never be used. There are times when it is needed.

I'm lost in the he said she said things here. It doesn't make sense. If a dog is having those issues why keep pushing in a direction thats making it worse? If MULTIPLE diffrent trainers are saying "don't do this" or "you shouldn't do that" then why keep at it? Why keep going to diffrent trainers or decoys or whatever and keep pushing something on a dog thats not cut out for the work?

If someone told me straight up, "hey, i dont' think your dog is cut out to be a sport dog" I'd say, Ya know, your right and try a diffrent venue. And to be honest I was told that! Did i persue the sport PP nope, i took the professionals advice and went a diffrent rought. If I'm not confident in it, and my dogs not, then its not going to happen.

Do i want to do something like that, yeah! Would be fun, but with the right dog.

My dogs are FAR from perfect, as with every other dog including yours.

The diffrence is what buttons are pushed and what methods were taken to correct the situation. I'm not blaming anyone here. I'm just wondering along with many others here why she was the way she was, is it breeding?? is it training??

I've been personally attacked by a dog who they claimed whas a "perfect family dog". Viciously in my home with my back turned and the dog laying relaxing on my floor. Then learned after the damage was done and i was injured that the dog had gone from a family pet to them trying something diffrent with him that he did NOT like and when he got here decided to assert himself and make sure i wasn't going to do that to him.

I've put down a female here recently that had horrible horrible temperament. would go after dogs, animals and the last straw was children.
I'm the last person who wants to put a dog down. I'll exhaust every effort and expense to save a dog, but when multiple people who have experiance and certified in behavior all say the same thing, sometimes you just have to say ya know... theres no other option. Someones going to get hurt and it has to be done BEFORE someone does. Now I've had everal people tell me the dog's siblings and parents have never had an agressive bone in their bodies, yet she was. To me, super sweet dog, but any other dog, animal and obviously children she wanted to kill. This dog spent time with two other breeders while in transit to me and they can attest to it as well.

Again. I'm not critisizing or pointing blame, I'm simply wondering what can set a dog off. Is it the dog just had a loose screw and was time bomb or was she pushed to hard until she couldn't take it anymore. Who knows.

Ya'll did what you thought was best for her... no one argues that...
