James, getting in a huff solves nothing. The EBBASA initiative is new and obviously people are going to be suspicious and have doubts given the timing and lack of explanation of intentions so far. I know you guys are probably working like beavers behind the scenes to get this up and running, but to make this work you need to stand your ground, answer questions and enlist the help and co-operation of those with experience, not alienate them. Please don't let this turn into another initiative that came to nothing, yes it's uncomfortable but anything worthwhile is never easy otherwise and damned fool would do it!
