Subject: All hat and no knickers!
In reply to: Dan G. 's message, "Re: How many SABT boerboels does it take to screw in a light bulb?" on 22:48:51 10/24/10 Sun

I'm not giving up yet! I don't want to see this breed turned into an "all hat and no knickers" breed that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. If I had my way (and I don't unfortunately) I'd be selecting a steering committee for this initiative from the farming community and those that are working and training their dogs for real eventualities. People who are dependent upon their dogs to ease their workload and/or keep them safe, but also integrate their useful dogs into their homes and families. That's a boerboel to me.

Please don't let anybody change that.

Jenny
