I respect your decision not to name the breeder, but the description of your experience with this breeder isn't good. You stated that the breeder isn't taking your calls, returning voice messages or replying to your e-mails. I'm not a rocket scientist, but it sounds like the breeder is purposely trying to avoid you. In my humble opinion, this isn't a good sign.
Then you go on to state that the dog is very timid and easily spooked, has crooked front legs and his paws turn out.
If I were you, I would be sending the pup back immediately and demanding a full refund, including the cost of shipping. I'm not sure what advice you are looking for, but this is my honest advice. There are some good breeders of Boerboels out there. Don't waste time with breeders who ship timid puppies with poor conformation that don't return phone calls.
