Subject: CH Centurion Sitala CGC, RN at her first Personal Protection training session

Hey Everyone!

It's been awhile since I've posted and I have some updates on Tata to share.

Earlier this week Tata and I made it out for her first Personal Protection training session. She's always been impressively balanced in her drives and her work ethic is just awesome.

Tata has Championed out in Conformation in both ARBA and the ABC and has earned multiple Best in Shows and one Reserve Best in Show. She finished 2009 as the 17th highest point earner for the year in ARBA and that was only in THREE days of showing. She also earned the honor of Best In Classic at the Windy City Classic, meaning she earned more points that weekend than any other dog showing.

Tata also earned her second CGC and a Rally Novice title last year. We've got some big plans for titling this year, as well!

I have always maintained that the RIGHT dog could excel in any discipline you compete in and she is living proof that given the right genetics and training, one dog can do it all.

Tata is a super social dog who loves being the center of attention... until someone decides to act like a jerk that is :)

She broke TWO agitation harnesses her first time out so I had to work her on a three inch collar for some of this. One of those harnesses had only been used one time. She's a powerful girl! It's impossible to tell from the pics, but this girl is serious as a heart attack when she's in Defense, yet she stays very clear headed. If anyone wants to see the video, let me know and I'll send you the link.

We started her out in Prey work with a little game of Tug

The decoy agitated her with mere staring and body language prior to her first sleeve bite...this is the VERY first time she'd ever even seen a sleeve, look at that mouth full of sleeve!

Second sleeve bite

Third sleeve bite

Fourth sleeve bite - Look at her butt muscles - she's shaking the crapola out of that sleeve

I put her up while two other dogs worked and got her out for a second session

Hard sleeve
