Hello Chani,
Although it is better than having absolutely no camera at all, I discourage the use of disposable cameras for investigational purposes. From a scientific aspect, reproducability is a key element in our research. The fact is, if there is an anomaly that requires further testing, you must use the exact same camera for testing hypothesis and potential defects. This is impossible with disposables since they are discarded after use and film development. Experience has led us to this conclusion.
