This is only a test it this were a real broadcast ther would acutally be followed with avain infomation. But this is only a test and therefore has no infomation of any consiquence. Hi, my boyfriend brought home a yellow shafted flicker from work today... i dont know if it is sick or hurt. it seems to fly fine but doesnt get scared by people, it likes to be pet apparently too... is it advisable to keep this bird as a pet? it was all alone and definately far away from home, they are native to the rockies i believe and we are in north eastern pa thanks for the help!

I have a cockatiel that needs his wings clipped badly. When I let him out of his cage to play, I can't get him back in without covering his eyes and forcing him inside. I don't want to damage my relationship with him so I'm leaving him in the cage until I can get his wings clipped, (its only been one day so far). My problem is that I can't get him into a travel cage to take him to get his wings clipped. I'm sort of stuck and was hoping someone out there would be able to give me a suggestion as to how to get a high flying cockatiel into a travel cage without traumatizing him.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
