You just asking for punishment from the RabTREKS there. They will come back and say that none of the TNG Ships will have problems. Then they will spout out Preemtive Strike as an example, well, unbeknownst to the little RabTREK's each ship within the nebula was carrying communications system that emmitted at high nutational bands that where encoded so that the ships could communicate with one anther while in the nebula. If you are attempting to hide or evade from another ship, regaurdless if it is from Trek Universe or not, then you just shut down the communication systems.
