Agreed! However If a ship with a phase cloak used it wouldn't the weapons and torpedoes onboard also be, you know phased. Wouldn't that keep them from interacting with anything not in that state. That's what happened to Geordi and ensign Ro. But that thing was malfunctioning? Funny how they could still walk on the deck without sinking, ain't it?
