It is probably your vegan diet that is the problem. You easily do not get good enough protein and enough vitamoin B12, D and A.

To get good protein, eat a combination of nuts, sunflower seeds, peas, beans, grain and hushroom.

You should take a supplement of this vitamin, and of vitamins D and A.

You might also get too little omega-3-fat, which you can get by vegan supplemsnts or by flax oil.
