Subject: You are right, but it is not being held in the largest city Lagos (ranked one of the worst cities in the world), but the capital Abuja, a clean, newly built city whose border is protected by guards. Although I think a country like The Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Mauritius, etc. could have been nicer. But I guess these people have more money.
