Hi, group!
Hey, I've been reading these posts re Sylvia Browne, and I read the post about her tenets, but I would like to know who she is. I've never heard of her. Where does she come from? what is her background? What makes her an expert? I hope this doesn't sound like I'm being critical, because I really am not. I truly want to know who she is and why you guys who are familiar with her put such stock into her words.
In response to the post by seekpeace...When I was in high school, my girlfriend's mother died. She had been in the hospital for a while, and one night while sitting in the living room, watching tv, I saw her twice, looking into the livingroom window. About 20 minutes later, my girlfriend called to tell me that her mom had died (at about the time I had seen her). I've wondered over the years if I was nuts, or seeing things, or was it some type of "energy" she released when dying...I've decided it was her ghost.
Looks like, as a group, we are really starting to share a lot about our lives, and experiences. I think it's wonderful. I get the impression, seekpeace, that no one is here to judge anyone else. We all seem to be here for the same reasons...so seek, learn, grow. :)
