I Agree. Most full chassis cars are designed after Pro Stock/ Pro Mod / Top Sportsman rules at a base weight of 2350 pounds( Car and Driver). I would suggest the Super Outlaw rules be like NHRA and IHRA Top Sportsman Rules. There is no way to add 400 pounds to most chassis cars. It's my opinion that Prescott has destroyed the Super Outlaw class and started a Pro Street class as you said.
