Date Posted: 11:53:17 07/23/03 Wed Author Host/IP: 65.64.25.47 In reply to: Darin 's message, "If deep staging becomes legal, what effect does that have on the autostart program the tree is set up to run on?" on 08:24:56 07/23/03 Wed all auto start does is activate a timer that once one persons top and the other racers bottom are both bulbs are on it starts a timer that gives the second racer so many seconds to roll into his 2 stage light. With the deep stage allowed , this will give the second person going deep (if he chooses too) a VERY short time to roll through his stage light into deep. This is Because , for the first racer who stages the tree isnt activated until the second racer isnt into his final stage bulb. BUT for the second racer staging he will only have 3 seconds after he has set off the second bulb to finish rolling through to deep. So if he get gets cought still rolling and not on the transbrake and the tree is activated he will probly get treed really bad. You will just have to be careful if your going to deep stage you will have to try and be the first to stage. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
