NO Matt I dont post on that site. I just checked it out today for the first time. Seems more then one person feels that way about his firewall. As long as that car is welcome myself and others will boycott any event he runs in. It is not about Brian himself but the firewall modified like his allows that motor to sit back in the chassis about 10 inches from what it should be sitting. That helps his car alot no matter what the weight ratio on the corner scales shows. That gives him a even better chance to place weight were he needs it unlike the other f-body cars in the field that dont get the option like he has. If it was not a big performance gain he would have changed his car after Orlando like he said he was going to. Try taking that car to other big outlaw 10.5 races and see if they other promoters allow him to run. If you cant run in the southeast in the outlaw 10.5 class that should tell you that you dont have a outlaw10.5 car. Yes he ran in Orlando but we all know Orlando does its own thing and that car did piss alot of true outlaw 10.5 cars off but Carl still lets him run because Carl wont say no to anybody. You TORA is a very great idea but as long as that car is allowed to run many cars will still stay away.

another car (65 chevy 2) that has a bolt in front subframe, it , by our rules is required to run 52% on the front. the car went from 50.1% front to 52.2% on the front and it went from 4.90's to 5.20's with no other changes! 60' fell off 7 hundreths. so the 52% rule negates ANY advantage of engine setback. if you really do have a car then you know how this all works. I hope this is not who I think it is, because that would be very dissapointing to our group. (NT)Matt
