My family had a strange experience at Blue Licks Battlefield State Park a few years ago. We were staying at the campground in a RV, but my brother pitched a tent outside the camper. It was early spring so the park did not have many campers. After night fall I looked out over the campground and saw several white posts dotting the hillside. The foggy night made the posts look eerie. The next morning my brother asked us if we heard the sounds of fighting. He said he heard what sounded like a battle and men moving across the hillside. We looked in the morning light and there were no white posts anywhere to be seen.
