I am a student living in Sullivan main. From what I have heard she hung herself in her room on the third floor. Sullivan used to be the nursing complex in the 60's and 70's, complete with a morgue in the basement.

My roommate also told me that someone she knew saw an icy blue face peering in her window on the third floor, and when she looked again it was gone.

Pearl Buchanon Theatre is supposedly haunted by the Blue Lady.
