Subject: What region are you in, because that makes a huge difference. I know that some ER and MW region schools have their dancers stay at a level for a year (but usually not beginners). In WR it is a rule that they cannot compete once they have won B1, BII

There are always a large number of dancers stuck in Novice but moving up after winning B1, BII just opens up the field for newer dancers to feel sucessful.
