Die andere Welt!

Tiefe Nacht bei Mondenschein,
Schatten ziehen über dich herein.
Gedanken schweben dahin,
sich in Träume verirren.

Träume von der anderen Welt,
die am Ende des Lebens liegt.
Wo ein Gefühl noch was wert,
und die Liebe siegt.

Wo die Hoffnung noch besteht,
und die Seele weiterlebt.
Kein Feuer dich verbrennt,
und Schmerzen man nicht kennt.

Tiefe Sehnsucht dich befällt,
wärst du doch so gern in dieser Welt.
Wünscht dir doch so sehr,
das nur einmal leuchtet für dich ein Stern.

Kennst den Weg dorthin,
der Entschluss steht fest.
Bald schon wirst du ihn gehen!
