I have a sony vaio that uses Microsoft Me. I went to install a cam on it and when I inserted the disk it did nothing!! It keeps saying insert disk.
I checked in device manager and it says this device either not present, not working properly or needs new drivers. I hit update driver and it says the best driver is already being used.
I went to add new hardware wizard and it has a mitsumi cdrom controller listed with a yellow exclamation point on it.
Could you please give me some advice to get it running!
