論交通- 港灣不是想像中咁差. 坐巴士過個街口就有. (我相信唔係人人都要坐地鐵吧) 就算坐地鐵都係行五分鐘去南昌. 若要去旺角, 坐綠van 都好快呀.

論用料- 中規中舉啦. 若果比酒店式的用料, 配低標準的手工. 比妳都唔要啦.

論環境 - 港灣有內園景外園景. 有d單位重有海景. 相對對手我地都唔失禮過對手喎. 起碼都開揚過佢地啦.

當然. 我地個盤都有缺點而別人都有佢既優點既.

買家會因各人自己的喜好而取捨啦. 所以希望大家唔好枱高別人扁低自己啦. 不如開心d等入伙啦.
