隨著政府宿舍入伙，最近港灣附近有好多五金、建築材料、裝修工程公司開業，近一兩個月起碼多了五間。做完政府果幾百伙後，仲有港灣幾千伙要做，接著仲有凱帆軒幾百伙，同奧運三期千幾伙，有心做的公司真係要加把勁。
