Bungee, 有些問題想問, 第(2)點不是由發展商支付嗎?
因律師樓的人說,除了第一次上律師樓交厘印費,地契印証費,
圖則費外.如收樓那天再上律師樓,只是比泥頭費按金及管理費
按金.
