問題唔係值唔值$12(477單位都有$5724，舊樓都租到$4000)，而係第一，有價有無市？第二，人地會唔會唔交租？第三，你講得ｏ岩，一年生一年死收回的租金，扣除物業租同埋裝修之外，仲有無得剩？
