 i got an unit in phrase II and just visited this forum for several times. although i will be one of the occupiers in MHV very soon, most of the feed-back / comments that I heard and read from the agents / commentators so far seem negative. when i was thinking of whether to buy it months ago, i also got some advices from others who said that MHV is not so good as what you expect. Some of them may say that the low-setting price is due to the construction materials with comparatively poor quality. Some comment that the environment around there is not good with serious gangs' problem over TKT. Some told that the units of 499 concluded all. Sometimes, I wonder whether I have made inappropriate decision especially everytime when I heard the negative sound from others. To be honest, there are many sites around western kln offering attractive price with the developer putting great effort in decorating the show flat. Comparatively, henderson did not put so much in setting up the show flat. When it comes to the recent time that henderson gave the huge priviledge + great cash rebate to sell off the unsold flats, it seems that they also realise MHV being uncomparable to those located nearby. Maybe I think too much and get myself too frustrated over my new house. Sometimes, when I saw the units in phrase I are nearly full-completed, I need to get into MHV very soon, I still can't get myself withdrawn away from the negative sounds. Sorry to cost you too much in viewing what i said here and once again, nothing special, just wanna having some sharings with u guys who will be our neighbours very soon.. see u there!!
