　　零首期的市場接受程度，恆基地產（0012）營業部總經理張炳強表示，零首期付款方法頗受市場歡迎，以集團大角咀港灣豪庭為例，採用零首期方式的買家比例便佔 30%，而他相信，下半年的一手樓市，不少新樓盤仍會提供零首期，以至各式付款優惠去吸納買家。
