恆地料有10%加價空間

張氏稱，港灣豪庭2期是次推出的3幢住宅 (7、9及10座)合共1056伙，而可作內購發售的 370伙，平均呎價為3050元，屬原價水平。不過，個別高層海景單位，呎價則高達3900元。他指出，物業會於本周日公開發售，現正研究會否加價發售，估計樓盤尚有10%加價空間。張氏補充，港灣豪庭1期售價最終高達每方呎3500元。

高層海景呎價3900元

就港灣豪庭2期 108伙內購價單所見，首推的16伙全位於第7座，平均呎價27 93元，面積由 499至 705方呎；而加推的92伙則全屬 499方呎細單位，平均呎價為 2896元。
